This may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a quick logo refresh, one-off design work or purely social media execution. Our approach is strategic and holistic and works best when branding is seen as a business investment, not a cosmetic exercise.

Yes. While the programme has a defined structure, the depth and focus areas are tailored based on your business stage, market, and priorities. Customisation is discussed upfront to ensure clarity on outcomes, timelines, and investment.

Add-ons can be introduced if required, subject to scope and timelines. However, removals or major changes once the project has started are generally not recommended, as each phase builds on the previous one. Any scope changes are mutually discussed and documented.

That’s common. We begin with an audit to assess what can be retained, refined or rebuilt. If certain assets are strong and aligned, we build on them rather than starting from scratch. The goal is effectiveness, not unnecessary redesign.

Your involvement is primarily required during key discovery and review stages, especially in Month 1. We work closely with leadership for strategic alignment, while day-to-day execution is handled by our in-house team to keep things efficient and structured.

Each key deliverable includes up to three structured rounds of revisions. These are meant for refinement and alignment, not reworking direction entirely. Additional rounds, if required, are scoped separately to maintain timelines and quality.

The discovery call helps us understand your business context, growth stage, and key challenges. We discuss your goals, pain points, and the reason you’re exploring this engagement. This is followed by a brief questionnaire, after which we share a clear scope of work, phased plan, timelines and a detailed proposal aligned with your needs.

Timelines assume timely inputs and feedback from the client. If delays occur due to dependencies, the project timeline may extend accordingly. We maintain transparency and communicate any impact early to ensure alignment on revised timelines.

The programme follows a milestone-based payment structure50% at the start of the project25% upon completion of Phase 2, and the remaining 25% on final delivery. This ensures clarity, alignment, and a smooth flow across the engagement. All details are shared and agreed upon before onboarding.

The base investment covers the standard programme scope. The final investment may vary if additional deliverables, markets or complexity are added. Any changes are discussed and approved before work begins.

The programme fee does not include third-party costs such as domain, hosting, email, SEO, paid media spends, photography, video production or printing. These are either handled by the client or quoted separately if required.

Yes. Many clients choose to continue with us on a monthly retainer for brand management, content, digital marketing, or campaign support. This is optional and discussed once the transformation phase is complete.
